the Riad, Bibtia, was absolutely beautiful with its authentic architecture and Moroccan decor. the staff was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room to accommodate three people. the food served at the Riad was delicious, especially the breakfast with options like coffee, milk, and lovely Moroccan tea. the location of the Riad was convenient, just a 7-minute walk to the main square, Djemaa el fna. Ibrahim, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help us during our stay, providing us with a map and guiding us around. it was a fantastic experience at Riad Bibtia. Cons: Nothing to mention.

The hotel staff was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with, which definitely made my stay more enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable and spacious, which was appreciated.
There were a few negatives to my stay at this hotel. The noise level in the evenings was quite unpleasant and disrupted my sleep, which was incredibly frustrating.

The hotel is located very close to the main square, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. It's also on a main road to the square, making it easy to find your way around. the Djemaa square is just a short walk away, so everything is nearby.
The customer service was quite poor. They didn't open the kitchen for breakfast until almost 9am and weren't around when we needed to collect our bags on check-out day.
